[Apshpe] Cold & Flu Season

 Dear Parents,

 

We need your help as we enter the cold and flu season to safeguard the
health and wellness of all our students and staff.  Please review our
basic clinic 

guidelines - 

 

If your child is not feeling well in the morning please keep him/her
home from school.  If you are not sure about a school health policy,
please feel free to call and ask for clarification.

If your child is going to be tardy or absent, please call the absentee
line           and state the reason.  The direct absentee line is
978-623-8903.

Please remember a parent or an adult must sign your child into school if
he or she is tardy.

If your child will be having surgery or there is any other situation
that will require time away from class, please let us know as soon as
possible.

If your child needs medication at school (including any over the counter
medication) we must have a signed order from your child's physician.
The form can be obtained from the school website or clinic.

If your child is taking any medication or has any medical issue that
would impact him or her at school, please advise the clinic.  We are
here to help in any way.

 

 In closing, as the frigid winds of winter will soon return, please
remember to send your child to school with appropriate clothing for the
weather.   Recess will be outside if the temperature is above 20 degrees
and conditions permit.  It is an important part of the day.

healthy and safe environment for all our children.  We welcome any
