[Apswel] AFE representation from West

[West Elementary School Mailing List]

The AFE would like to have better representation on the AFE board from
each of the schools in town and are looking for new members.  The board
meets once a month at town hall to discuss the grant program and annual
fundraising activities (such as the spring Spelling Bee).  There is more
