[Apswel] Book Fair Volunteers

Calling all West Volunteers!

 

Trish Tully and I are chairing the annual Book Fair this year. I know
school hasn't even started yet, but the book fair comes really early
this year so I am starting to ask for volunteers early. The hours are:

 

                Wednesday Sept 19th 6:30-8:30 pm (kindergarten open
house)

                 Friday Sept. 21st 9:00-2:00 (during school)

                 Monday Sept 24th 9:00-2:00 & 6:30-8:30 (open house 3rd
& 4th grades)

                 Tuesday Sept 25th 9:00-2:00 & 6:30-8:30 (open house 1,2
&5 grades)

 

We also need people to help with set up on Sept 18th 2:00-4:00 and break
down after the fair on Tuesday night or on Wednesday after 2:00.

 

Any amount of time you can give to us would be appreciated. I know we
are all busy at this time of the year so if you can only give us an hour
or two that's just fine. We will need at least 2 volunteers for the
daytime hours and at least 8 on Monday & Tuesday evenings.
