Parent Training Series on Autism

Presented by Melmark New England in Andover

 

Melmark New England will be presenting a monthly training series on
working with children on the autism spectrum.  Each session will feature
small group instruction by senior clinicians from Melmark New England.
Each clinician is a board-certified or board-eligible behavioral
analyst, and has extensive experience providing educational and clinical
services to children with severe challenging behavior.  The sessions
will be held at Melmark's River Road campus in West Andover.  For

The sessions run from 6:30 - 8:30 in the evening and are free of charge.

 

February 27th:  Best practices in the treatment of Pervasive
Developmental Disorders (PDD)

March 22nd:  Facilitating social skills

April 2nd:  Using visual supports in the home

April 26th:  Transitioning to adult services

May 16th:  Managing challenging behavior
