Dear Parents,

 

Below you will find a link to a very brief pilot survey. Completion 

should take no more than five minutes.

 

This pilot survey resulted from the efforts of Townwide PTO parent 

volunteers in collaboration with the School Committee. It represents 

the School Committee's exploration of the use of an online pilot survey 

to get your input and feedback. This pilot survey is only one of other 

efforts that the School Committee will be exploring to maximize the 

input of all parents and others in our School community. We value your 

input and your response to this pilot survey.
