School Picnic

Thursday, June 7th

 

 WE NEED 25 VOLUNTEERS 

 

The PTO Sponsored Picnic needs 25 Energetic Volunteers to facilitate in
the Set-up, Serving and/or Clean-up of the Lunch Event.  Lunch begins at
11:15am and ends at 12:30pm.  Set-up Volunteers should arrive at
10:45am.  

 

This year the picnic will be catered by the Andover School Food Service
Department... the menu has changed... 

 

Hamburgers and Hot Dogs

 watermelon and carrots,

healthy chips 

water, milks & fruit juices

fruit based slush.

 

To pull off this Event, we need you.  Please send your RSVP to Heidi
Sargent: Sargent4 at myway.com  or Mary Geaslen: MaryGeaslen at hotmail.com no
later than May 31st.   

 

If you prefer to arrive early (10:45am) to Set-up, please pass this
along to the ladies.  We need approximately 5 persons for Set-up.  

 

The Bonus is that you get to spend the lunch hour with your child(ren)
and help out a great event.
