[Apswel] Grade one luncheon..... parent to parent...grade 5 families for outdoor education

 Outdoor Ed. Reminder

 

Drop-Off: Students need to be at the school by 7:30 am on Tuesday,
October 9th. The school buses will be leaving promptly at 8:00 am.

 

Pick-Up: Students need to be picked up at the school by 12:30 on Friday,
October 12th .

 

Medications: Place all prescription and non-prescription medications in
a Ziploc bag with labels and directions on use. Look for the school
nurse Tuesday morning near the front door at West Elementary to check-in
your child's medications. See packet for details.

 

Luggage: Your children need to be able to carry their own luggage from
the bus to their cabins. 

 

Restrictions: The following items are NOT allowed on the trip: cell
phones, electronic games, hatchets, knives, radios, walkmans, CD
players, candy, gum, or any food unless you have a food allergy. If you
bring food because you have a food allergy, make sure you give it to
your teacher in a bag labeled with your name.

 

NOTE: Place pillows and sleeping bags in trash bags in case it rains.

 

Bus and Cabin Assignments: Your child will receive a sheet containing
this information on Friday, October 5th. Make sure your child brings
this paper with him or her on Tuesday morning. DO NOT THROW AWAY!!!!!!
