SPORTS PANEL:  "WHOSE GAME IS IT ANYWAY?" Wednesday, October 17, 2007
7-9   Memorial Hall Library

This panel presentation will gather local experts to address the complex
issues that affect student athletes of all ages and abilities.  The
discussion will include realistic expectations and techniques that prove
valuable in allowing both students and their parents to put their best
foot forward on and off the playing fields.  What to avoid, and hints
and suggestions about building positive experiences will be explored.

SEPAC Elementary Information and Networking Discussion Group

Please join us this year for our monthly parent discussion group - this
is a regular opportunity to share and receive information relevant to
raising a child with some kind of special need, with a focus on the
elementary school years.  Come meet other parents and hear guest
speakers on various topics.  We meet one Monday afternoon per month from
1:00-2:15 in the 3rd floor conference room C of the school
administration building, 36 Bartlet St.  If you would like to be
included in the email notification list for this group, send your
information to school social worker and facilitator Janet Yedinak at
jyedinak at aps1.net. If you were on the list last year you will continue
to receive notices about these meetings unless you request otherwise.
First meeting:  Monday, October 22, 1:00-2:15.
