Nature's Classroom Outdoor Education Reminder for 5th Grade Students

Tuesday, October 9th to Friday, October 12th

 

*     You will be receiving a packet with all the information you need
for the program by Monday.

 

*     The total cost for each individual student is $345.00.

 

*     Some of you have already paid the $100.00 deposit, so you will
need to pay the remaining $245.00.

 

*     It is not too late to participate. You must fill-in the paperwork
with $345.00 by September 28, 2007.

 

*     If you are having financial difficulties, please write a letter
explaining your situation to Charlie Friel, the principal of West
Elementary. There is scholarship money available.

 

*     The total cost and forms are due by Friday, September 28, 2007 to
your child's homeroom teacher. We are accepting personal and bank checks
made payable to Andover Public Schools.

 

*     Please DO NOT pay until you have received the packet.

 

*     It is EXTREMELY important that you read the entire packet and
fill-out each form thoroughly. It is also important that you return the
forms and money by the due date.
