 Student Volunteers Needed for Clown Town

Clown Town is coming, and The Andona Society needs student volunteers to help make this great day run smoothly.  Clown Town is not only a long-standing tradition in Andover, but the profits from this event help support youth programs and activities in our town.  This year, Clown Town will take place on Friday, May 16th from 6:00-10:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 17th from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Students ages 12 and up can volunteer to work a morning or afternoon shift on Saturday, May 17th helping with buttons, games, sand art, face painting and more.  Interested students should fill out the attached form and send it to the address listed or return it to the collection envelope that will be in your school office later this week; you can also contact Cindy Jeffery at ecjeffery at comcast.net <mailto:ecjeffery at comcast.net>  to volunteer or to ask any questions you may have.

Parents of Future Doherty Students

On Monday, April 7th at 5:30 pm in the Doherty Middle School Cafeteria, Superintendent Claudia Bach would like you to participate in this search by joining in this focus group.  We are interested in what you believe are the skills, experiences and attributes you seek in the new principal of the Doherty Middle School.  We will share the content of this discussion with the search team as they go forward in this process.
