[Apswel] Grade 5 yearbooks!

[West Elementary School Mailing List]

FIFTH GRADE YEARBOOK

 

Orders are now being taken for the Fifth Grade Yearbook.  The yearbook
is filled with color photos of fun West El events.  The yearbook will
let your child remember these special events for years to come.  The
cost of the yearbook is $15.  The order deadline is this Friday, April
18.

 

Please complete the form at the bottom of the page and send it to school
with $15 (cash or check) for each yearbook ordered.  Orders should be in
an envelope labeled 5th Grade Yearbook, and should have both your
child's name and teacher's name on the outside.  Checks should be made
payable to West El.  If you have any questions please contact Deb Snow
