Player and Cheerleader Registration

On-site Registration for In-Town and 8th Grade Travel Teams 
will be held on
Thursday, May 1st - West Middle School Cafeteria

Registration forms available on-line at www.ajfl.com or
during on-site registration

Mail-in Registration is on-going* - visit our website for details

New registrants must include a copy of their birth certificate
All participants must include an updated health form dated on or after
9/1/2007

In-town team registration will be held from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Football players, age 9 through 7th grade - $175.00
Cheerleaders, Grades 4 through 7 - $75.00
(Eligibility based on participant's age or grade as of 9/1/2008)

8th Grade Travel and Football Registration - 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Football players - $250.00
Cheerleaders - $125.00
(Information meeting about the travel team for parents and future 8th
graders at 7:30 p.m.)
