Our 2nd Annual Wellness Night Event is scheduled for

Tuesday, February 26th, 2008 from 6-8 pm.

(snow date is Tuesday, March 4th)

 

We have put together a complete line-up for you and your family of
wellness-related Presenters and Exhibitors this year. 

Print Registration forms and Consent forms below for each family member
attending. 

Return registrations, consents and fees via your child's backpack no
later than Wednesday, 2/13/08.  The evenings events are $5.00 per
family. Some healthy refreshments will be available in the Exhibitors
space in the cafeteria.  Kids, don't forget your Wellness Calendars from
Mrs. O'Donnell's class for extra raffle tickets.

 Bonus raffle tickets are yours if you submit at least one suggestion
for "Cheap and Free Things to Do In and Around Andover" - see
registration form for details.

 We are still searching for a Master Scheduler, one who can schedule all
of the participating families with their selected presentations for the
night of this event.  This position requires a few hours of your time
before the event and can be done at home.
