Ready to DiSH?  Here's what to Do:

1.  Go to www.dinnerbydish.com now through Monday March 3rd to place your order.  There's no limit so stock your refrigerator with meals, appetizers, desserts!!

 2.     Schedule your DiSH order for Wednesday March 5th, 2008.  Meals are made fresh for you and ready to cook with simple 1 or 2-step instructions.  They can be refrigerated for 3 - 5 days or frozen and used for months to come!

3.    Pass this email along to friends and family.  DiSH is giving West El 10%
of all the sales scheduled for March 5th - EVERYTHING COUNTS.   

Help spread the word because the more orders - the bigger the check!

4.     What if I forget to order?  That's OK - just stop by DiSH March 5th and grab something from their "extras" section.  Everything counts towards our 10%, and they always have food available.  

They're open from 10 AM to 7 PM - car-side take-away and delivery available!

A hearty holiday breakfast/brunch entree featuring layers of sourdough bread, mild cheddar and sweet Italian sausage then garnished with fresh parsley.  This one's sure to become a family favorite.  Mimosa's anyone?

Black Bean Cakes with Chipotle Cream                                   $10 / $18

A healthy and unique vegetarian dish featuring fiber-rich black beans, corn tortillas, red bell pepper and southwest seasonings complimented by our chipotle cream on the side.

Corned Beef Reuben Bake                                                           $15 / $28

If you like Reuben sandwiches then you're in for a treat!  Premium corned beef, crisp sauerkraut, Pumpernickel slices, Swiss cheese and our special sauce combined into one terrific casserole!

Pot Roast Dinner                                                                            $17 / $33       

DiSH's famous pot roast dinner is back!!  Choice beef slow roasted with new potatoes and baby carrots is so tender and juicy that you can cut it with a fork -- seriously!   We guarantee you'll be back for more once you try it.  Large orders have three pounds of beef and small orders have one and a half pounds of beef.

Stir Fry Beef & Vegetables                                                           $16 / $28 

Choice beef marinated in our homemade ginger-sesame sauce tossed with fresh pea pods, bok choy, celery and shredded carrots and served over steamed jasmine rice.  Light and healthy for the whole family!

Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin                                                      $15 / $28         

Juicy pork tenderloin roasts so tender and juicy when enveloped in our savory crust made of fresh herbs, a bit of Dijon mustard and seasonings.  One and a quarter pound per small / two and a half pounds per large.

Provincial Chicken                                                                        $16 / $29

Roasted grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, garlic, capers and basil over tender sautéed chicken breast medallions.  A fresh colorful entree to please the eyes and taste buds.

Chicken Cacciatore                                                                        $16 / $29      

All-natural, boneless chunks of sautéed chicken slow-cooked a rich and flavorful tomato-based sauce with peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Chicken Parmesan                                                                         $16 / $29

A DiSH favorite!  Tender chicken cutlets layered with DiSH's sweet marinara sauce and a blend of Italian cheeses.

Crab Cakes with Chipotle Dip                                                    $23 / $44

A larger version of DiSH's famous crab cakes!  Huge chunks of jumbo lump white crab meat combined with fresh parsley, panko and seasonings complimented by our tangy chipotle dipping sauce on the side.  Even our Maryland customers raved about these babies!  3 inch cakes, 3 or 6.

Southwest Tilapia                                                                          $16/ $28

One of our most popular seafood entrees!  Six 5.5 oz mild and flaky tilapia fillets (3 for small orders) encrusted with chipotle, lime and crushed tortillas..   Each 7 oz fillet has 280 cal, 14 g fat, 20 g carbs.

Potato Crusted Cod                                                                       $16 / $29

Flaky cod fillets encrusted in potatoes and seasoned with chives and cheddar.  A delicious combination!  Each 6 oz fillet is individually frozen so you can cook exactly the amount you need each time!  Large orders have 6 fillets and small orders have 3.  120 cal, 5 g fat, 6 g carbs per serving.

Italian Wedding Soup                                                                  $9 / $18

Fresh chicken stock, spinach, tiny pasta and perfectly seasoned mini meatballs.  Pairs well with some crusty bread and a glass of red!  Each 8 oz serving has 200 cal, 7 g fat and 1 g fiber.
