[Apswel] Car pool problems

We have had complaints from the bus drivers about afternoon dismissal.
They tell us that they often cannot get into the driveway because some
parents trying to get into the carpool line, coming from West Parish,
have entered the driveway to turn around. 

They then sit there, block the entrance for busses and cut off drivers
who are already in line waiting. If you come late to the line, rather
that turning around in the school driveway, continue past the school to
Andover Country Club drive, make a right turn there, and reverse
direction. 

Better yet, save on gas, now averaging $3.15 a gallon for regular, and
have your children ride the bus.
