The West Elementary PTO is planning an auction for Friday April 4th,
2008. There are many tasks involved in putting together and running an
auction.  We need you to ensure that this year's auction is a success.
Some tasks require a few hours and some others a much longer
committment.  There are tasks that can be done individually and others
as a team.  Whatever your preference, we have a job for you! 

In the past, auction monies have beenused to purchase new playground
equipment and books, support enrichment and enchance technology at the
school. Investing in these educational activities and tools will only
enhance your child's West El experience. Please consider giving some of
your time to make this event successful.

We will be holding two volunteer meetings(you only need to attend one)
on Tuesday 1/15. The first meeting will be at Martha Tubinis' home (4
Pauline Drive) at 11:00AM.   The second meeting will be held at Sue
Eliasen's home (3 Pauline Drive) at 7:00PM.  Please RSVP to Martha or
Sue as to what meeting you think you will be attending. 

We have listed the subcommittees for the auction below, so that you
might start thinking about what area would be of interest to you.
